1.1 These Terms and Conditions (GTC) of BG Investment GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) govern all contracts between the Seller and the Client (buyer) concerning all goods and/or services displayed in the Seller’s online shop. Any conflicting terms from the Client are rejected unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 The use of the Seller’s website by the Client constitutes acceptance of these GTC.
1.3 The Seller may modify these GTC at any time. Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of significant changes. Continuing to use the Seller’s services after the changes take effect constitutes agreement to the revised GTC.
1.4 The Client consents to electronically accessing, signing, and storing documents as per the E-SIGN Act, UETA, and relevant state laws. The Client’s electronic signature holds the same validity as an ink signature.
2.1 Product descriptions in the Seller’s online shop do not represent binding offers. Instead, they invite the Client to submit an offer.
2.2 The Client may submit a binding offer by completing the order process and clicking the final order button.
2.3 The Seller may accept the Client’s offer within five days by:
Sending a written confirmation (email, fax, etc.).
Dispatching the ordered goods.
Requesting payment for the order.
If none of these occur within five days, the offer is considered rejected.
2.4 The acceptance period starts the day after the offer is submitted and expires after five days.
2.5 The Seller will store the contract details and send them to the Client after the order is placed.
2.6 The Client can review and correct entered data before submitting the order.
2.7 Contracts are exclusively concluded in English.
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving an item. To initiate a return, contact us at support@bluejewelsonline.com.
If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Returns are not allowed for sale items or gift cards. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

For damaged or incorrect items, please inspect and report issues immediately upon receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If not received within 15 business days, contact us at support@bluejewelsonline.com.
4.1 Prices on the Seller’s website are listed in US dollars, excluding taxes and shipping fees. If an item is incorrectly priced, the Seller will either honor the lower price or contact the Client before shipment.
4.2 Additional fees, such as bank transfer charges, customs duties, and taxes, may apply and must be paid by the Client.
4.3 Payment methods available are listed in the Seller’s online shop.
5.1 Orders are shipped to the provided delivery address unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 If an item is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Client and offer alternatives or a cancellation and refund.
5.3 If delivery fails due to the Client’s fault, the Client will bear the cost of reshipping.
The Seller disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages is excluded, and the Seller’s liability will not exceed the purchase price paid by the Client.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may be limited based on applicable laws.
7.1 The Seller’s online shop is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, security, or uninterrupted access.
7.2 The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by viruses or malware acquired through the website.
7.3 The Seller is not liable for third-party websites linked from its online shop.
7.4 Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case these exclusions will be applied to the extent permitted by law.
Legal claims arising from this contract must be filed within 12 months from the date the claim could have been reasonably discovered.
The legal relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
All legal proceedings related to this contract must be filed in the courts of the state where the Seller is based. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for all disputes arising from this contract.
